Bluey's not too sure about this
I decided to move the fat ball and, as you can see it's now hanging just above the otter ornament. This Blue Tit has a few little pecks around the peanuts too.

I seem to have got rid of the 'vandals' by moving to the window when they appeared, or taking the feed tray in. They've food on the ground if they want it.
