Baltimore Oriole In the Hibiscus hedge (Icterus galbula)

Baltimore Oriole, (Icterus galbula)
Wasn’t sure where to put this since this species breeds in North America but this guy was on vacation in Costa Rica when this photo was taken so into the Central American section it goes.

Sadly, since this was taken the landlord has severely cut back this Hibiscus hedge because it was ruining his view. So, sadly there’ll be no more shots like this. The birds loved that hedge, 3 parrot species, lots of songbirds and Wrens of all types came by, now not so much.

Gardens, feeders, disturbed second growth.
