American Pika
American Pika (Ochotona princeps: Ochotonidae) small relatives of rabbits and hares. Found at or above timberline in boulder laden mountain sides of western United States.
Habitat
Tundra, above timberline, boulder strewn mountain side at 4,304 m (14,120 ft). Forty six (46 m) or (151 ft) from its summit.
Location
Mt. Evans, southwest of Idaho Springs, Clear Creek County, Colorado, USA.
