American Painted Lady (Vanessa virginiensis: Nymphalidae) wingspan 4.4-6.4 cm (1.75-2.5 in) and a Delta Flower Scarab (Trigonopeltastes delta: Scarabaeidae) 8-11 mm (0.31-0.43 in) long on waxy leaf privet (Ligustrum quihoui: Oleaceae).
Habitat
Post Oak Savanna vegetational area. Margin of riparian woodlands adjacent to Carters Creek.
