Albino Starling
Here's a couple of pictures of a pair of Albino Starlings on my patio yesterday.
The 2 albinos are part of a large flock of starling youngsters visiting my garden at the moment..partial to home made fat cake.
Habitat
Suburban Garden
Location
West Derby, Liverpool
Date taken
04/06/07
Scientific name
Sturnus vulgaris
Equipment used
fuji s5000
I hope bird watchers throughout the country keep their eyes open for these birds, their existence would help us to learn about the distribution of Starlings in this country, sadly I do not think they stand much chance of survival. I think you should feel honoured to have them at your bird table and I hope you get many pictures before they disappear.
