#2, Once Again!!!! (Dryocopus pileatus)

I'm very happy to say, this is once again the second largest woodpecker in North America. This male was working an old growth bald cypress at Audubon's Corkscrew Swamp.

I saw this bird right at that location, took a shot, but it was too far. Your shot is great.
