I observed them flying over the Red Sea in the coastal area near Hurghada.

This type is just an assumption on my part.

(I think) I see glimpses of a common tern's upper primary pattern. Pass.

All of the birds in the video seem to show pale underparts and white rump and tail contrasting with the back and wings. Plus as Butty said, the primary wedge shows on some. So, Common Terns
