I just found this site when I googled a question about chickadees coming to my hummingbird feeders.
I live in Beaverton Oregon, have been working to create a bird friendly environment at my condo without putting out seed or suet (rodents!).
I’m thrilled to see all the chickadees, but can’t figure out how they get their bills in those skinny hummer feeding openings.

Hi lnm and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators. I hope someone has an idea for you, as it has me flummoxed LOL.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news.
