Boat-tailed grackle is the only big grackle there (note murderous bill, long weird tail), and they're common and conspicuous.
 
Female Boat-tailed Grackles are brown, whereas males are all black.
Adult female, and juvenile of both sexes, of boat-tailed grackle are brown, whereas adult males are black. We don't know what dates these photos were taken, so there might not be enough information here to conclude either the sex or the age of the brown bird.
