Oh dear. I don't know any dragonflies, but I'll post to move it further up in the new post section, someone should help you there.
 
Would this be an Azure Damselfly then? Photo taken at Little Marlow GP, Bucks on 4th Aug.
I would have been thinking, because of the central point of the hind edge of the pronotum, female Red-eyed Damselfly (Erythromma najas) which is another species that has restricted (and variable) antehumeral stripes. A view from a different angle would help.
