Birdtrack beginner questions (1 Viewer)

I'm having a go with Birdtrack. Couple of questions
1. Who sees my submissions exactly? And how much do they see eg if I create a place called My Back Garden will they see where I live?
2. If I set the app to 'auto-update BirdTrack' to NO I can just use the app as a notebook and do the official entry back at home?
3. It looks like the entries for each sighting aren't timestamped, is this right? This would be a major pain
4. As my phone is non-GMS it seems that I got a one-off transfer of My Places and that was it. Does this only get updated if I do an actual submission from the phone? I can't see a way of just refreshing the My Places list.
