Suggestions for guides for hire (2 Viewers)

I'll be in Rio for a few days in October, I'm looking to hire a guide for a day to get my list to a good start.

Has any one any suggestions of particularly good guides in Rio or if anyone wants to offer their services that would also be useful!

Plus what are rough prices for a days hire?
