Stilt Sandpiper? Baja California (1 Viewer)

Am I right in thinking this is a Stilt Sandpiper? Seen here 31.814217, -116.606295 today Oct. 31st.

The tail pattern and and wings does not look good for Stilt.

Suggest a Lesser Yellowlegs with a bill deformity -- though i have no idea how likely this might be

Yellowlegs is correct, but it is a Greater.
Note spotted pattern on secondaries in the flight shot.
