I think the extent golden color on the back, and overall tan wash including the underparts and face is outside of the normal range of coloration for AGPL (dominica). It seems like PGPL (fulva) in my opinion.

A classic Pacific, aside from the tonal differences in plumage mentioned by Tom, structural differences include diagnostic tertial tip/ tail tip/wing tip ratios; long tertials reach near tail tip, while pp is short, extending just beyond tail tip. Further differences include slim appearance and upright stance, long bill and tibia. A
