I'm planning a fly/drive holiday with my wife in mid-August this year. We will fly to Anchorage and drive from there. I'm looking for ideas to how much we can do in 2 weeks , wanting to go to Denali as well as up to the Artic Circle. Birds , animals and scenery with nice hotels (my wife insists on this). I would appreciate any suggestions. Neil.

Hi Neil, Are your plans to Alaska still On? I'm wondering if you ever got some tips of where to go over there. I'm planning to go by the summer 2007.
