Moths and other critters in my Cypriot garden (8 Viewers)

Rescued from a supine position in a flood puddle during the continuing deluge here.

Is it Tentyria cypria?

I've just fished the attached out of the pool, Chafer sp? Terrible pictures but it was highly mobile and not at all cooperative!

Incredible, clear skies her at night with o night pollution, quite smug with myself that I've identified the Pleiades star cluster tonight. To those further North in Europe, it will appear to the right of Orions belt and to the naked eye, mine at least, looks like a feint, blue smudge but even in 'bins', it's quite spectacular.

Finally settled in to the house and got my trap set up, there wasn't that much activity but hey, it is winter. The night grew increasingly chilly and a very cool breeze got up which ended all activity by about 2100hrs.

A couple of things here are familiar, one looks like a Blair's Shoulder-knot whilst a couple of others are Chestnuts but I'm working on the ID of the other and any input id very welcome.

The third and fourth shots are the same moth and I'll close out with a couple of images of my new setting.
The sixth moth in my very first post in this thread, has finally been ID by the brilliant, Notts, moth recorder, it's the Cyprus endemic Ammoconia aholai

Well done Andy.

It's one of the few constellations I know and I can see it from Farnborough on clear nights even though it is quite faint.

Cyprus Green Toads are very vocal and all over the place here right now. The wife wasn't too pleased when she realised I photographed this one on the dining table!

Image 5 in post 13 has been suggested by the Notts recorder as possibly being a Feathered Brindle Aporophyla australis, an extremely variable species which occurs as a vagrant to the UK.

Hoping to pick up again in a couple of weeks.

We've had a nice spell of weather so I'm off and running again, all help and or corrections are very welcome.

The last one looks rather like a Broom Tip Moth.
Indeed it does! Checking the Cyorus list though, it should be Chesias rhegmatica Cypriot endemic.

I'll confess that my limited bagage facility, saw me leave Waring at home and I wasn't sure how useful it would be anyway but I knew this looked familiar and regret not having the book here now.

I've concluded that Carpet 1 is a Garden Carpet.

The Noctuid looks like a Mythimna to me but nothing on the list that fits?

Another enigma from last night, any help appreciated.

Also, our very clever Notts recorder has identified 'Carpet 3' in post 47 as Coenotephria ablutaria.

1. Clearly a Wainscot, Mythimna sicula seems to be the best fit I can find although, if labelled correctly, some images of M. alopecuri look very similar?

2. Presumed Willow Beauty?

3. Until someone corrects me, I'm calling this a Chamomile Shark?.

4. No idea, Wainscot sp?

1. A nice, easy and very pink Vestal.

2.-3 Fairly certain again that this is a Chamomile Shark.

4. No clue

5. No clue

6. Possibly the same Wainscot species as yesterday

I guess you're aware that there are two colour forms? Bright ones like this from the warmer parts of it's range and a brown ones with origins in cooler climes.
Yes I caught a few in Sussex many years ago, I think all were the browner form but these were sadly long before digital photography and so have no photos

Shuttle-shaped Darts, Common Garden Carpets and Silver Y are common here now, a couple of bits attached.

1. Dark Swordgrass

2. White-speck?

3. Cracking little micro, if anyone can suggets an ID, it has an orange body.

A couple of bugs to finish, one I'm guessing is a Shieldbug instar, the other a Mirid?
