Please, help for identification this bird.
Today, In Black sea, Burgas, Bulgaria I saw migration of raptors. Most of birds are Buteo Buteo. I saw also around 8 calanga pomarina. And this bird, strange for me. Please help to Id

My immediate impression is another Lesser Spotted Eagle Stanislav, what made it strange for you compared to the 8 pomarina you saw?

I do not know. It looks bigger, and looks little strange for lesser spotted.

When I saw him, this is my first guess. But now I see the pics, and do not think white tailed.

Looks like Sooty-headed Bulbul Pycnonotus aurigaster
