Hi everyone!
I would like to organise a day out birding for my husbands birthday (2 Sept) taking in a few good places to view birds in south Devon. We live inbetween Tavistock and Plymouth, so if anyone can recommend a few birding spots we may not know (we've only lived here 3 months) please let me know - I guess within an hour's drive of here.

Many thanks!

Hello. I would suggest the South Hams as it has good birding as well as beautiful scenery. There is Prawle Point, Slapton Ley, West Charleton Marsh, Bowcombe Creek, Start Point and many more places down that way. If that sounds good then just ask for more details. Regards, Andrew.
