Handsome
Long-tailed Duck (Clangula hyemalis).

The photo is taken on March 8, 2013, in the harbour of Btsfjord, Varanger peninsula, Norway.
I used a ground-pod to get low and stable in a floating hide anchored in the harbour. The red colour of the water is due to reflection of a house on the other side of the water.
