Hi Melamite and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators. This appears, to me, to be a feral pigeon with some input from a fancy one. But for some ideas of what species may be in there, I've moved your post to the ID forum.

Domestic pigeon with dye markings. Racers do this to make identifying their birds easier from a distance. We saw a variety of bright pink etc ones like this in Cuba recently
 
The bird has been hanging around my garden for a few days! I thought it might be due. Particularly the pink on its chest but the purple looks almost part of its colouring as it’s also underneath the wing too
