A boat full of Terns (Thalasseus sandvicensis, Leucophaeus atricilla, Sula leucogaster)

Cabot's (Sandwich) Tern is supposedly a rarity in Grenada, but at this time I had about 25 of them (17 visible in this one photo). Others include a few Laughing Gull and a Brown Booby

This looks for the world like a "homebrewed" fireboat. A "fixed"nozzle sticking up on the bow with a hose reel, tank, and maybe a pump midway?

I have no idea, you might be right. I assumed is was used by local fishermen.

Looks like you too may be right. I zoomed in on it to the point where it began to pixel out and couldn't be certain either way. There is definitely a tank forward of the steering wheel with pipe/standpipe looking arrangement forward of the tank that has a beacon on the top and a "spotlight" arrangement just below the beacon. Who knows?
