Pretty sure this is an Erodium rather than a Gernaium sp. See the crap photo of the leef.
Fortunately the picture of the flower is a bit better. The plant stood between 1.5ft and 2.5ft high.
From what I can find I think it might be Erodium gruinum?
Found near the coast, up from Corralia Bay (Paphos), Cyprus.
