Bird on the Dodder River in Ireland (1 Viewer)

I spotted this bird today along the Dodder river in Ireland( this is about 3 miles inland)- I know the one furthest from the camera is a grey Wagtail but I hve never seen the 2nd bird on the river before and don't know its IDWhat bird.jpg
