Swainsons Hawk (Buteo swainsoni) 1st yr bird, dark phase.
Habitat
Post Oak Savanna vegetational area. Open, flat turf farm surrounded by agricultural fields at 74 m (243 ft) elevation.
Location
Tritex Grass Farm, northwest of Bryan, Sims Lane Cut-off, Brazos County, Texas, USA.
