Wild Flower - Betony? Dead nettle? cambs UK (1 Viewer)

Hi all.
At first I had this down as betony, now I'm not so sure. Found in a group on a bank of rough ground in amongst horseradish, cranesbills, and a selection of all of the common 'waste ground' plants. Varied in height from 15cm to 30cm and just coming into flower.
Dead nettle or woundwort species?
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
Joe
