I need a fence around a bird feeder that is 1. Safe for the birds to step on and 2. I have to be able to get in and out so some kind of door. Some idiot in the house who doesn't even live here decided he is going to put a fence in the backyard for 2 dogs that also don't live here. Now I am being forced to buy a fence for the bird feeder so those dogs cannot bother the birds. Also I have to be able to get in to feed the birds and to rake the bird seeds.
