Western Reef Egret? (1 Viewer)

Hello,
Can you help me for identification of this Egret. I think that this is Western Reef Egret - legs are more yellow than Little Egret, strange but not so good visible colar on neck, some dark feathers on wings?
Picture was taken today (11.6.2015) in South Bulgaria
Thank you

Not sure bill structure is right for WRE plus it should have some yellow, almost the whole lower mandible should be yellow / ish.
