Two different birds from Uganda (1 Viewer)

Hi there, I am totally new on this site and in this forum, but I have been an amateur birder for some years now.
Last year, I went to Uganda, and there are two species which have caused me some trouble to identify, so I really hope someone in here can help.
First picture is taken on Lake Albert in Uganda on March 8 2018.
My guess is a whiskered tern, juvenile (Chlidonias hybrida) probably, but I am really unsure.
Second picture is taken in Queen Elizabeth National Park on March 5 2018. So far I have identified them small gulls (larus minutus), but again, I am really unsure.
Both identifications are based on what I could find in different bird guides and on Google.

White-winged is abundant ; Black is very rare there and would show a black spot on the breast. Whiskered breeds locally, but never gather is such big groups.
