Raptor, east Thailand (1 Viewer)

Posting this for a friend. He got these few pics of an odd raptor in Ubon Ratchathani area in eastern Thailand back in December. Somewhat similar to Short-toed Snake-eagle, but not really. He says it was larger than a kestrel and smaller than a Brahminy Kite.

eBird checklist if that would help somehow: https://ebird.org/checklist/S62488465

Any help would be much appreciated!

Looks like a Feral Pigeon variant Seth-if look closely you even see the reddish-pink legs/feet.

Grahame

To his credit: he did suggest an odd feral pigeon, though he was thinking raptor.

The last pic I can make look like a pigeon, but the wing shape on the others doesn't look like any pigeon I've ever seen. Not at all saying you're wrong, just trying to figure this out.
