Of course, I meant BirdForum rather than a particular part of it. Actually, the BirdLife International website would also be a suitable place for the sort of information that saviornitho is looking for.

This is not limited to 2010, but we are experiencing a very exciting period in taxonomy with DNA driven methods pouring out new results fairly regularly. There are some major rearrangements that has happened lately.
