Identify Owl (1 Viewer)

Hi all.
I have posted the attached video on my local clubs chat. It has caused much debate and a little disagreement.
The footage was taken today at approx 1530hrs on Thorney Island West Sussex UK.
I would be grateful if folks could make suggestions as to what you think the bird is.
I’m fairly sure I know what it is but won’t say so as not to influence.

There's no doubt this is a barn owl as others have said. Shape and facial disc diagnostic.

Can see it now, definitely Barn (funnily enough I was going to guess at a short-eared Owl, without seeing it 🙂)
