I found this moth on the bathroom wall last night. It was under the shaver light (which was on) and above the mirror so it was difficult to get a good shot of it, but I am hoping someone will know what it is. Thanks muchly.

Burnished Brass?

David

Having looked on google images, I don't think so. Thanks for the suggestion.

Kits, normally Burnished Brass sits with its wings closed. Yours has its wings open which is perhaps why you think it looks different. As David and Martin say, it is a Burnished Brass.
