Forster's vs. Common Tern? SE Michigan, USA (1 Viewer)

Seen this week near Lake Erie amongst Caspian Terns and a definite Forster's. Legs are red and short, bill is red with extensive black. Tail looked too short for Forsters but it may be the the angle, as no one else that day reported a Common. What do you think? Thanks in advance!
