The three photographs of the birds are very similiar as referring to my book guide of birds. BIRDS OF MT. KINABALU. May be you could help for confirmation of actual/right ID for the bird- White-tailed blue-flycatcher.
I hope the photos are clear enough for ID.

The size of the loral black mask, the colour of forehead, the colour of belly and the colour of vent refers better to Verditer than Indigo, as Rasmus suggests...
 
Also pics from Oriental Bird Club web page shows us that female Verditer has not black mask, instead pale lores, so your pic (rigth bird named as White-tailed blue-flycatcher) refers to male Verditer. Verditer in your attached pic (named as Verditer in the left side) in this thread (#1) is then female bird.

For me, the lower bird is Indigo, the top two Verditer.
