Eagle ID - Tennessee USA (1 Viewer)

On January 1 there was an adult bald eagle at Williamport Lakes in Columbia, Tennessee. I went back today and found these two but didn't see the adult bald eagle. Are these two golden eagles or juvenile bald eagles? I'm leaning toward golden eagles but wanted to get your opinions. Including a pic of each bird.
