Saw a colour-ringed Red-billed Gull a few days ago, even read the ring number! To whom should I report it?

Send them the usual info, what, where, when etc.
They will let you know where and when it was banded.

Many thanks for that Grahame. Hope I can read my notebook after it got wet in a boating incident under the Sydney Harbour Bridge! Will post back here if I get a result!

If you can't read it I'll take a guess and say there's a really good chance it was banded at Kaikoura.

Bow waves from another ferry came over the front of our ferry - we were soaked....

The notebook is fine - and I actually read the ring number too!
