Some nice pics liked the Eider, shame you couldn't find the Waxwing you heard!
Cheers. Thought I was gonna finally draw a blank on Waxwings today, with not even one heard....until a flock of about 75-100 circled round over nearby houses at sunset, as I headed home, and about 50 of them settled in a tree. Somehow doubt there will be enough berries to keep them in the area for another 3 and a 1/2 weeks so I can get them on the 2024 Dundee list right at the start.....

I'm hoping we are going to get some down here soon!!

Numbers up here have been reasonably high, and seems to be the case right down the east coast in Scotland (as well as movement over to Glasgow etc too), so I suspect you should be seeing them at some point in the next week or so....
