Amur falcon in Qatar, probably female but how old? (1 Viewer)

Today, Fri 31st this Amur Falcon was found at Arakihya farm.
The first record was 13 months ago, a nice male. Two weeks later another bird which at the time was called an immature was found. A year and a fortnight later a third record. I feel that today's bird is a female but unsure of age, looks similar to last year's bird but less contrasty with a slightly warmer ground colour. Is the Dec09 bird a imm female and today's an older female? Possibly even the same individual?
Thanks for any advice
As uploaded pictures 1 and 4 are last years "colder/bolder" bird, the rest are today's.
Michael

OK but are we the right way round?

Thanks for your help, but looking at the links it seems that the Dec10 bird is warmer and fuzzier and fits fairly well most pictures of female Amur. Whilst the Dec09 (cold and bold) fits immature (female) better.

Got it sorted, JanJ is quite correct

Thank You JanJ
Having looked at other references it is now clear that the Dec 2009 bird, colder/bolder was an adult female and the Dec 2010 bird is a juvenile.

Thanks again
Michael
