I don't think the samll one is anything new but maybe immature Egyptian Grasshopper, Anacridium aegyptium for the bigger one?

The green one is a final instar Anacridium aegyptium. I think the other one, with the banded legs, is a nymph of a Heteracris sp. I had the attached one ID'd by the spanish experts but you have two Heteracris species in Cyprus so it makes it trickier.
