Prigogine's Nightjar - BirdForum Opus

Identification

19 cm.

The adult female is dark brown with speckles. The wings have pale brown spots and the tail feather tips are white. She has a short tail and a large head.

Distribution

Central Africa. It is known from only one specimen taken in Zaire in February 1952.
