I had a pretty good morning in the sunshine.

It’s going to rain the next two days but warm up a little. Beef Stew is in the Dutch Oven in the oven for tonight’s dinner so I’m safe.

I had a pretty good morning in the sunshine.

It may have been clear blue skies and sunshine but it was way below freezing. Good job I anticipated the cold and had on thermals and multiple layers. Mike's escape from domestic servitude. For a few hours at least;) Better cracking on cooking tonights dinner or I'll be in the doghouse.

Ok then, I’ve learned a little Scots today👍 I think it was Hedge Sparrow before it was Dunnock wasn’t it? I think I still have my ancient Observers Book of Birds somewhere, I’ll try and find it and check. That is after I clean up the cats attempt of masterpiece art in the Jackson Pollack style...

    A couple from Saturday Morning

Thanks Weasel, the early lighting is always changing as the sun is low and there’s loads of trees in the way. I must have caught that just right. 👍

Very busy at the bird feeder today!

Dunno, they didn’t have superglue back then. 👍 I’m always on the look out for nice moss or lichen covered branches for my setups.

After 3-4 inches of snow overnight I had a bit of a rant about Punxsutawney Phil and his early spring prediction. Stupid Groundhog - Mike's Photographs Then the sun came out. The sun came out. - Mike's Photographs
