Great head turn and eye contact with it looking right at you. Fabulous bright colors showing nicely against that background. Top-notch Brian! TFS!

Beautiful eye contact with amazing view of its throat.
eBird - ".. immature lacks adult’s red color in throat (which is very difficult to see; throat usually appears blackish).
