American Kestrel (female) and Red-tailed Hawk (Buteo jamaicensis)
This female American Kestrel (Falco sparverius sparverius) was forceable showing the Red-tailed Hawk (Buteo jamaicensis) out of her hunting grounds.
Habitat
Blackland Prairie vegetation area, tame pasture with scattered trees at ca. 210 m (689 ft) elevation.

Southeast of Belton, Bell County, Texas, USA

I like how the smaller Kestrel tries to bully the Hawk away. A great capture Stanley!
