Which Spotted eagle species? Location: kanwalit, punjab, pakistan (1 Viewer)

In the photos, this one does not look like the more commonly seen steppe eagle. The shape is somewhat more compact and the wings shorter. Looks small even for a greater spotted eagle. My guess, lesser spotted eagle. Not to rule out the indian spotted eagle that i observed in the same area a few days back.

Wings look broad to me, wouldn't rule out GSE (in fact, I think I'd favor it)

Not a LSE, does not occur there. I agree with kuzeycem that it looks typical GSE
