I was wondering if anybody could recommend any good places to go birdwatching in Nottinghamshire, preferably around the Southwell area (and with easy parking)?

Best wishes and happy birding :t:

Nottingham Birders has a good web site with links to the main sites. Trent gravel pits are good - Besthorpe, Collingham and Girton.Hoveringham good too.
Have a look at the Notts sitethen come back to me on here or pm if I don't see it here. Depending on your journey plans I like Rufford early morning and same with Clumber and Attenborough.
