What’s should I do with an empty nest with dead chicks? (1 Viewer)

Our babies have fledged yesterday- we had nine eggs, eight hatched and five managed to fly the nest. Three died and two bodies still remain, but there is no activity on my camera (just flies).

I’m told I should leave the nest until September, but if there are dead chicks in there should I go in and take them out, or leave them?

What species are they? Anyways I would go in and quickly remove the dead birds. It won't be disturbing anything and the birds may use the box for roisting.By the time the maggots from the flies have done their work the nest box will be a right mess and very unhygienic.
