I was in a hurry, had 100 bucks to spend, and bought a Manfrotto tripod off the internet.
It showed up in the post, and put the piece of $##^ Wal*Mart tripod I had been using to shame, but the darn thing is only four feet tall. I looked at Manfrotto's website, and didn't see any ways to stretch it.
Next time I buy camera stuff, I gotta read the specs. sigh.:eek!:
