Hi,

I recently visited Lake Garda, and (briefly) Verona. Although the weather combined with my inablilty to get the right bus stopped us birding together, I met up with Maurizio and Roberta in Verona on the 27th.

You could not hope to meet a nicer couple, their generosity and friendliness were astounding. I hope that someday soon I will be able to return the favour here in Ireland.

It reminded me of the greatest strength of Birdforum - to bring people who share the same interests together out there in the big beautiful world!
