Tajikistan: Buzzard and Rosefinch (1 Viewer)

Hi,
here 2 or 3 birds from Tajikistan, in the mountains west of Dushanbe, last week.
First ist a Buzzard, Common vulpinus or something else?

There were quite a few Rosefinches around, here the only pics I could get. Both female and male were seen at the same time, so presumelably part of the same flock...
My only reference is "Birds of Central Asia", and the male looks more like Red-mantled Rosefinch (pinkish supercilium, convex culmen of the bill), while the female has a hint of a white supercilum and the culmen looks straight, which is rather Blyth's Rosefinch, according to the book. However, I have no experience with those, so I'd be happy for comments.

Red-mantled imo too (although the female is harder?) The Buteo looks like a rufinus to me (but a flight shot would help of course)
