Swarovski - Be careful with... (1 Viewer)

I've had a problem with my Swarowski today and want to warn other Swarovski users.

Today I went photographing out of the car, with a car-mount (is it called so?). This car mount has a ball head. I tightened it a little too strong and then tried to move the swarovski in the right direction to the bird. The ball-head was too much tightened and i moved it with too much power. Now the ring at the swarovski (in the middle) is a bit loose and shaking. I mean this ring, where the tripod mount is in the middle of the scope.
Just a warning, to be a little careful...

Don't know what to do know, there's no screw to tighten the ring or something like that. I think I have to send it back to Swarovski an I'll hope I'll get it back soon.

Gerd: I'd send it back to Swaro' .... from all accounts they'll give you a replacement if it's a long job to repair it. You paid top money for good optics and excellent after sales service..... make the most of it.
